Crowds on Demand CEO Adam Swart to serve as a Panelist for Los Angeles City Council Debate

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 22, 2013

Crowds on Demand Founder and CEO Adam Swart will serve as a Panelist for the Los Angeles City Council 5th District debate between incumbent City Councilman Paul Koretz and challenger Mark Herd.

The debate, organized by the Westside Regional Alliance of Councils and co-sponsored by several other community organizations, will last 90 minutes.

Swart, who previously moderated a primary debate for the 33rd Congressional District, voiced optimism about the event.

“As a resident of the 5th District myself, I am honored to have been selected to serve as a Panelist and to have the opportunity to ask tough and important questions to the candidates interested in serving in City Council. Whoever is elected to serve in City Council has the responsibility, in my mind, to make substantive efforts to reform the pension system, improve our decaying infrastructure, and most importantly to invest in making Los Angeles a more attractive place for businesses both large and small. “

The debate for the March 5th election will take place on Tuesday February 26th at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Los Angeles.

(“NEED”) and an attorney who serves in an Of Counsel capacity with the Boston law firm of Davis, Malm & DAgostine, PC, announced the formation as of January 1, 2013 of Economic Development Incentives Inc.

Economic Development Incentives Inc. is a joint venture between Dorfman Capital (“DORFMAN”) and New England Economic Development (“NEED”) established to serve real estate owners who develop brownfield sites and are eligible MA Brownfields Tax Credits. Together since 2009 DORFMAN and NEED have qualified over 70 projects for MA Brownfields Tax Credits representing over $ 70 million of tax credits originated and sold.

The principals of Economic Development Incentives Inc. are Bob Dorfman and Hal Davis. They bring a unique blend of legal, tax credit finance and economic development experience having structured and raised several billion dollars of financing.

Bob Dorfman, CEO of Economic Development Incentives Inc. stated, “Hal Davis and I identified this market niche in 2009 because the MA Brownfields Tax Credit program was underutilized and not understood by potential users. The results for our clients have far exceeded expectations.”
